To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will LawShift be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
